How your birth feels shapes your transition into motherhood.

Birth and postpartum doula care for a confident beginning.

Calm, informed, and steady birth support

Meet your doula

As a DONA trained birth and postpartum doula and current midwifery student, I bring both evidence-based knowledge and steady, grounded support into your care.

As a mom of two, with both hospital and homebirth experiences, I know firsthand how expansive birth can be and how important it is to feel informed, respected and supported through it all.

I believe women deserve care that honors their choices, intuition and individual needs. My role is not to direct your experience, but to walk alongside you through it. You remain at the center of your birth story.

-Marisa, First Light Birth

Currently accepting a limited number of families at a reduced rate while completing requirements for midwifery training. If you feel we may be a good fit, I’d love to connect and hear about your hopes for birth and postpartum.

How I support you

Birth Doula Support

You move through birth feeling calm, informed and in control of your experience. I guide, ground and advocate. I help you stay connected to your body and your choices while supporting you through labor with positioning, hands- on comfort and a steady, reassuring presence.

Postpartum Doula Support

You settle into life with your baby feeling held, capable, and clear. You’re finding your rhythm, not just getting through it.  I help create space for rest, recovery and confidence as you ease into this new season.
